For the past 10 years, Salud de Mesilla has been more than a restaurant, it has been a gathering place built around great wine, bold flavors, and meaningful connection. What began as a vision to bring elevated New American dining and a world-class wine experience to Mesilla has grown into a destination for celebrations, shared plates, curated pairings, and unforgettable evenings beneath the Organ Mountain skies.

Over the last decade, we’ve proudly built a culture centered on hospitality, community, and craftsmanship... from our rotating wine selections and handcrafted cocktails to thoughtfully curated menus inspired by the flavors of New Mexico.

As we celebrate our 10-year anniversary, we’re also looking ahead. The next chapter of Salud is about creating even more memorable experiences: expanded wine dinners, elevated private dining, innovative seasonal menus, and deeper connections with the guests who have made this journey possible.
